Caesars Creek Pioneer Village

Today was an adventure, chatting and walking around the pioneer village with several ladies from the Amaranth Society. The kids snacked and played the day away. I love how many kids gather at the Caesars Creek each time were are there!

I got to wear the leaf dress for the first time since I added the leaves. My sister Brandy, also got to wear her new teal wool dress, which we just finished together. Thankfully, the kids still fit in last winters wool outfits, but the sleeves are starting to look short! Next time, I am going to make bishop sleeves. They have a lot more room for growing over coat sleeves.
